Launch Dawsonville

Only one staff member was knowledgeable, Connor and he was at the prize register. There were a line of people waiting to pay to get in the young man at the prize counter. I had to tell the manager to go over and wait on the customers. The manager was very nonchalant about everything. There was no one to tell you what to experience here at this place. The machines were not working. Very disappointing considering, I was visiting from out of state looking for entertainment for the kids. There was no one that could answer questions, worker on his cell phone, the manager standing up there with the worker and not saying anything, very non-professional. laughing at customers and I have never been to a place so unorganized before. Connor was the only one who was at the register that was polite with good mannerism. Hats off to Connor he should be the manager. I rated my experience (one) because of the staff support. We had fun in laser tag, which we had to find someone to let us in the game. Very poor staff support along with the manager.

This was our first time here (my 2kids & I). Dead! Just dead! The place was empty. It's located in an old Kroger store. Smelled like burnt wires but The place did look clean overall I guess. My daughter fell straight down an air mat because it didn't have enough air in it and it was probably not properly secured on the edges. There was only one staff member in the whole place. She was running the check in, food department, restocking and cleaning. For it being a family/children's place you would think she would of have been more friendly. I know it was dead but dang she could have at least made us feel more welcomed. Kids did have fun but I don't know if we'll be back to this location.
